Mental Wellbeing
From reading and music to dancing and gardening, hobbies can support your brain, mood, movement, and social connections.
Movement
Your muscles do more than help you move. They support blood sugar regulation, bone health, balance, and independence throughout life.
Nutrition
Iron helps carry oxygen through your body, and vitamin C helps you absorb more of the iron found in plant foods.
Sleep
Your body follows a daily rhythm that helps coordinate sleep, hormones, digestion, metabolism, and energy.
Movement
A short walk after eating can help your muscles use glucose, support blood sugar regulation, and make movement part of your everyday routine.
Hydration
The foods you eat contribute to hydration too, often bringing fiber, minerals, and other nutrients along with their water.
Most of what keeps you well comes back to a few everyday things. We start here, and build from here.
Each one answers a single question in about five minutes, with sources listed.
The three articles in short, so you can keep up even on a busy week.
Every article ends with a habit you can start today. Small steps add up.
“Healthcare starts too late.”
In all her years of medical training, Sneha memorized a thousand ways to treat disease, and was taught almost nothing about preventing it. That gap never stopped bothering her.
Vikram spent years on the other side of the desk, going from one appointment to the next. What finally helped wasn’t another appointment. It was the unglamorous stuff: sleeping better, eating better, moving more, getting outside.
So we started writing down what we wish someone had explained to us sooner. We read the research, say what it shows in plain English, and tell you when the science isn’t settled yet. No miracle cures and no ten step routines. Just one small thing at a time that you can actually keep doing.
One more thing, so there are no surprises: we also make a tea called Golden Glow, and it pays for all of this. When we mention it, we’ll say so. It will never be tucked inside an article.
