Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Steap LLC ("Steap", "we", "us"). They apply to steaphealth.com (the "Site") and to our email newsletter.
By using the Site or subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who can use the Site
The Site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to the newsletter.
2. Information only, not medical advice
Everything on the Site and in the newsletter is general information for educational purposes. It is not medical advice.
- It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a recommendation for you personally.
- It does not replace the judgment of a doctor or other qualified healthcare provider who knows your situation.
- Using the Site, subscribing to the newsletter or contacting us does not create a doctor-patient relationship or any other professional relationship.
- Do not ignore professional medical guidance, or delay getting it, because of something you read here.
- Talk to your own healthcare provider before changing your diet, exercise, sleep, supplements or medication, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
Some articles are written or reviewed by people with medical training. That review is editorial. It is not the practice of medicine, and it is not a review of your personal circumstances.
Research changes, and results differ from person to person. We work to keep articles accurate and to list our sources, but we do not promise that everything on the Site is complete, current or free of errors.
3. Our connection to Steap products
The Site is published by Steap LLC, which makes and sells Golden Glow tea and other products at steap.com. We have a financial interest in those products. When the Site or the newsletter mentions them, we say so.
Statements about Steap products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Steap products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
